Larsen Mabika
CEO
Larsen is passionate about solving complex problems with great products and teams. After his MBA, Larsen built products in Financial Services and Tech, winning the 2023 Environmental Finance Product Innovation of the Year award. As CEO of Maiven, he applies his business strategy and product expertise to simplify policies so companies can act with confidence. Off the clock, you'll find him with headphones on, exploring Afro-genres from Congolese Rumba and Afrobeat to Hip-Hop and Amapiano.
Georgie Steele
CTO
Renowned for AI-driven solutions, Georgie built a proof of concept that helped Tractable achieve unicorn status before leading a 15-person team at Sylvera to boost performance by over 10x. Recognised for tech on Forbes 30 under 30 and among the UK's most promising engineers, she now drives Maiven's mission forward with her focus on technology for innovation and impact. Away from Maiven, you'll find her tinkering with new recipes—or burning off that creative energy in the next niche sporting event.

Francesca Ventimiglia
Francesca is a sustainability expert over 5 years of experience at McKinsey and Vivid Economics working on nature topics across energy, agriculture and forestry sectors. At Maiven, she supports the team in helping clients understand the impacts of changes in environmental policies on their asset and operations. In her spare time, Francesca loves learning about wine (drinking?).
Josh Bayne
Josh is a Data and AI Engineer, focused on optimising data infrastructure and pipelines to provide clean, useful, non-hallucinogenic data to users and LLMs alike. At Maiven he is working hard to bring clarity to complex policy, ensuring only the best quality data is available for consumption. Outside of the office, Josh is usually chasing new sounds, new foods, or more recently, jogging shoes.
Bez Adeosun
Bez supports across operations, partnerships, and go-to-market. Before joining, he spent five years scaling B2B SaaS products at Rare, where he led a product which was named Disruptive Technology of the Year 2023. A Cambridge graduate, he's driven by a belief that technology should make complex systems simple. Away from Maiven, he's usually digging through vinyls or chasing a live set.
Dylan Auty
Dylan is a Machine Learning engineer with a PhD in ML/AI from Imperial College London. His research focused on improving computer vision models using non-visual data. At Maiven, he is building ML systems to turn policy data into insights. In his free time, he has a habit of falling down rabbit holes learning about things he will never use, and starting side projects he won't finish.
Aleena Baig
Aleena is a product-minded software engineer with nearly a decade of experience building and shipping user-facing products at high-growth teams. As Maiven's Product Engineer, she turns complex policy into software that feels clear, fast, and genuinely usable. Outside of work, Aleena shares honest lessons on growing as an engineer in London on YouTube and Instagram.
